We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied—and your item is in its original, resalable condition—you may return it within 30 business days of receipt (unless it's marked as Final Sale).
Final sale items
All surfboards—including both stock and custom boards—are considered Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@albumsurf.com with your order number and return reason.
Once approved, ship the item to:
1709 N. El Camino Real, San Clemente, CA 92672, at your expense.
Customer Order Errors
If you ordered in error, you'll be refunded for eligible product(s) once returned in resalable condition. If shipped, shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable.
Missing Items
Noticed something missing? Let us know within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll send the missing item—on us.
Exchanges
Please email your request for an exchange, specifying the item you want. Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the original item.
