Shipping

Can you ship to me?

We can ship anywhere, domestic or international. Shipping prices vary based on board size and final destination.

We may be able to offer a better rate for international orders than the one shown at checkout. For a quote, email us at info@albumsurf.com with your address and board height.

How do you protect your shipments?

We pack all orders with A New Earth Project - sustainable packaging solutions. While a vast majority of our shipments arrive safely, All shipments are insured just to be safe.

Who pays for Import fees?

Import fees are NOT payed in advance unless otherwise discussed. Import fees will be paid by you (The Customer) upon recieving the item.

Custom Surfboards

How do I order a custom board?

Just head to the Custom order section, choose a model, and fill out the custom order form. You can personalize everything from size to artwork. Once submitted, we’ll follow up via email to confirm details and finalize your order.

How long does a custom board take?

Custom orders normally take 6-10 weeks. This can very based on color, model, construction...etc.

How much is a custom board?

Boards start at $900 USD. Some board models, color, and extras add to the base price. Use the custom order form to calculate pricing details.

Do I need to pick an existing model?

We can create any shape and size, with the custom unlimited form. It doesn’t have to be from current board models or archived models.

What happens when my custom board is finished?

Once your board is done, we’ll email you with photos and pickup or shipping options. If it’s being shipped, we’ll send tracking info as soon as it goes out.

Can I return or exchange a custom board?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges on surfboards, but feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing.

How can I see what new boards are available?

Visit the New Boards section to browse the latest shapes, colors, and models—updated regularly.

Are new boards ready to ship?

Yes! All boards listed in the New Boards section are in stock and ready to ship or pick up.

Can I request changes to a new board?

New boards are already built, so they can’t be modified—but you can use them as inspiration for a custom order.

Can I return or exchange a new board?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges on surfboards, but feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Our Showroom

Where is the showroom located?
When are you open?

Monday to Friday 11-6 PT. Saturday 9-4 PT. Sundays we’re closed.

Our Address is: 1709 N El Camino Real, San Clemente CA 92672.

Do you repair boards?

We do. The repair cost depends on how bad the ding is. Bring it in and we can give you an estimate.

We are also happy to recommend a reputable local repair person.

Do you sell fins, leashes, and other accessories?

Yes—our shop stocks fins, traction, leashes, wax, and other essentials both in-store and online.

Can I sell an old Album on consignment?

Yes, It needs to be in great shape and fit within our current inventory. If so, we can sell it for credit which can be applied to a stock or custom board. Stop by and we’ll let you know.

Please note, we take a 25% fee for all consignment boards. If your board does not sell within 90 days you will be asked to come grab it.

Do you do collaborations?

Yep. We occasionally do collaborations with brands and artists that align with Album. For inquiries, email us at info@albumsurf.com.
