Your satisfaction matters to us.
If you need to return anything, all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If the item is in perfect resalable condition and not a “FINAL SALE” item (listed below), you can return regular-priced goods within 15 business days from when you receive them, for a comparable exchange or store credit (minus the return shipping cost).
Final sale items
The following final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
Surfboards – All Surfboards are final sale.
Items "on sale" – All items discounted below the original retail price are on sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we do not accept online returns or exchanges internationally. For more information, please contact email@example.com.
If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned, as long as they are in new and resalable condition (deemed by us). The initial shipping charge and the return shipping cost will not be refunded.
If an item is missing from your order, we will ship out the missing item right away at no charge to you, if we are notified within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note: this rarely occurs as we double check our orders before they are shipped.
To exchange merchandise, please include a written description of the new item(s) requested. Exchanged items will be sent only after the returned goods have been received and passed a quality control check.
